“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” Neale Donald Walsch
This quote came to me several times last week as well as the idea came up in conversation. I do believe that this holds true for me. When I push myself to do things that are uncomfortable like, teaching a yoga workshop or teaching yoga to a new population or zip lining. I feel energized and very empowered. Believe me while I climb the ladder to the task, I am very nervous and even a little squeamish but then I get to the top and know, there is no turning back and feel a sense that I will be alright. Then I step off the top and glide through, flying to a new level of myself, maybe to a place of a little more self-confidence and a little less fear to face the next great adventure, like making a DVD.
